The Bhoomika: Theory of Change

Bhoomika Vihar’ Theory of Change has evolved around ‘Girl-Led Approach’ which places girls at the center of social transformation, impacting changes in exclusionary systems as well as reformation in exploitative and discriminative institutional practices/culture

Bhoomika Vihar’ co-journeys with girls/ women faced with multiple vulnerabilities throughout the long processes of ‘internal transformation’, ‘empowerment’ and ‘establishment’ of the once victim/vulnerable/marginalized as ‘Change Agents of Social Transformation’. The girls and women experience reflects realize and act upon ‘gender’ with the triple dimensional process of ‘Feel-Deal-Lead’. Paradigm Shifts and Perspective Changes take place when the priority of the marginalized journeys through’ ‘Participation and Inclusion’ to become ‘Stakeholders and Leadership’.
